Le Poteau is a vineyard of approx. 2,5ha with the grape varieties; Chardonnay, Gros
Manseng, Petit Manseng and Sauvignon Blanc. All the year round there are all kinds of
activities to do in the vineyard about which Joop and Marijke gladly tell you during
the weekly guided tour.
For the guests on the camp-site and chalets interesting things which sometimes even
contribute to sociable and informative conversations and activities

The chai (wine cellar) with among others 3 French Oak barrels in which the Armagnac
matures, some cuves (large closed containers) in which fermentation- and maturing process
of the wine takes place.
In this period temperature, aroma, pH value, sugar- and alcohol level will be taken care
of precisely until the decanted and matured wine can be bottled.
